| Overview | Traditional Chinese Medicine aconite is the seed root of Aconitum plants, which has the effects of warm cold-dispelling, analgesia, heart-strengthening, clinical for the treatment of Shock and chronic arrhythmia and other diseases. It has been reported that some Lentinus alkaloids were obtained from aconitum and aconite, but these components can not fully explain the efficacy of aconite. In 1978, demethylaconitine was isolated from aconite of the same genus in Japan, which has obvious cardiotonic effect. Subsequently, Methyldopamine hydrochloride, a vasopressor component, was isolated from aconiti monkshood cultivated in Japan, however, whether domestic Aconite also contains the same or similar components has not been reported. To this end, the chemical composition of aconite was studied, and the results were obtained from the water soluble alkaloids. It was identified by spectrum to be norsurea. |
